If you have the latest version of Macromedia Shockwave installed then you will be able to use the Conservatory Designer straight away.

Please Note: The following instructions are written for Internet Explorer 6. The process may be slightly different for users with different browser versions.

Installation Instructions:

1. If you do not have the latest version of Shockwave installed, you will see the following screen:

Clicking on the 'Ok' button will initiate the installation of Shockwave.

2. If you have a Firewall installed, you will be alerted that Shockwave is trying to install.

If this happens, please c lick 'ok/ allow' on your firewall to continue the installation.

Once the installation begins you should see the following screen.

3. Once Shockwave is installed you will be able to use Conservatory Designer
